Understanding the Challenge
NovaMark had been operating for four years under a brand built in a weekend. What had been "good enough" at launch was now actively hurting them, clients were misjudging their seniority and capabilities based on how they presented themselves. The quality of their work far exceeded what their brand communicated.
The brief was to build a brand identity that accurately reflected their positioning as a premium creative consultancy, one that could command higher fees, attract better-fit clients, and stand alongside global agency peers.

Design Process
Outcome
NovaMark launched their new identity to immediate positive response from existing and prospective clients. Within six months of rebranding, their average project value increased by 65% and they closed two enterprise-level retainers that would have been inaccessible under the previous brand.
The identity has since been described as "the best thing we ever invested in" by their founder, Noah Bennett.
