Understanding the Challenge
MyGermanMind, led by certified instructor Jennifer Ferreira, had built a thriving online German language school with students from 12 countries and a 5.0-star Google rating. The teaching quality was exceptional. The brand, the website, and the digital marketing infrastructure were not. The school was operating without a coherent visual identity, without a conversion-optimised web presence, and without any measurement infrastructure. Every euro of paid traffic was blind.
The brief covered the full stack: brand strategy and visual identity to position MyGermanMind as a credible, premium language school, a website built for course discovery and consultation bookings, and a complete analytics and performance marketing setup giving Jennifer real-time visibility into how students find, evaluate, and enroll in her courses.
What We Aimed to Achieve
