Understanding the Challenge
Mundus Agri operates an international B2B agricultural trading platform connecting buyers, suppliers, and brokers across multiple markets. Despite strong commercial momentum, the business lacked structured CRM systems, scalable communication processes, and systematic sales infrastructure, every interaction was handled manually, creating operational bottlenecks at scale.
The brief was to build the operational backbone: CRM pipelines from inquiry to onboarding, automated communication workflows for international leads, AI-integrated processes to reduce manual workload, and a repeatable sales infrastructure capable of supporting the platform's growth ambitions.
What We Aimed to Achieve
- Design and build CRM pipelines for buyers, suppliers, brokers, and membership leads with clear qualification stages
- Create automated email workflows for onboarding, outreach, follow-up sequences, and broker communication
- Integrate AI tools into daily sales and operational workflows to reduce manual effort and improve response quality
- Develop sales scripts and communication frameworks for international B2B client interactions in English and German
- Build scalable systems for handling large volumes of international trade inquiries and membership applications

The project delivered a complete operational infrastructure for Mundus Agri's international sales and CRM function. Automated communication workflows eliminated a significant volume of repetitive manual tasks, while structured CRM pipelines gave the team clear visibility over leads at every stage, from first inquiry through to membership onboarding.
AI integration into daily workflows reduced administrative overhead and improved the consistency and speed of customer communications across English and German markets. The sales infrastructure built for membership acquisition created a repeatable, scalable process where none previously existed.
